Construction of underground fallout shelters
Our company builds underground shelters for civil protection 3.., 4. and resistance class 5. These special structures protect the population from war attacks, natural disasters and other crisis situations.
What does a home underground shelter protect against
Our main task in the construction of private underground shelters is to protect the life and health of our clients. In the event of an external threat, such as war or a terrorist attack, a shelter can save lives or reduce the risk of injury.

What the cover looks like
The capacity of the shelter is customizable, allowing shelter from 3 months to several years without the need for restocking.
The shelter is constructed of waterproof concrete with steel reinforcement, which ensures strength, waterproof and gas-tightness. A controlled overpressure of 60 Pa protects against radioactive, biological and chemical agents.
There is a main entrance and emergency exit with pressure-tight hatches with ballistic and radiation protection. Air intake and exhaust is handled by steel piping with safety dampers.
The shelter is connected to the electrical, water and sewage networks, and tanks and resources are available to meet shelter capacity needs when disconnected.
Important parts of the cover
MAIN ENTRANCE ↓
Access to the enclosure is secured by a safety hatch and a bullet-proof door. Multiple resistance class options. The entrance is also protected by a fog generator.
DECONTAMINATION AREA ↓
This is the area just behind the security door. The compartment is in a controlled pressurization, equipped with pressure relief valves and a pressure relief door to prevent harmful substances from escaping into the next compartment of the enclosure. It is equipped with a decontamination shower, decontamination products and areas for contaminated clothing. The decontamination shower will cleanse you of all contaminants and hazardous substances.
TECHNICAL BACKGROUND ↓
Another area is equipped with a spare power source (diesel generator), traction battery assembly, voltage converters, water source and filtration, CBRN filter-ventilation technology. The necessary amount of fuel is solved by an external tank with the possibility of year-round refuelling of own cars. The technical area is separated from the main – residential part of the shelter by a security anti-pressure door with acoustic lining. All necessary spare parts for technologies and tools, including salvage equipment, are also stored here.
RESIDENTIAL PART ↓
Another part of the shelter is the main living area and provides a safe place for the sheltered persons to stay. A CBRN filter-ventilation unit is installed here, which provides the necessary fresh air supply and its treatment – filtration of the intake air in case of contamination with chemical, radioactive and bacteriological particles. The size of the living quarters is not limited by anything. They can have living areas, bedrooms, children’s rooms, playrooms, bathrooms with all the amenities and special areas such as shooting ranges, wine bars, bowling alleys, cigar bars, etc.
In these parts of the enclosure, the desired temperature and humidity can be achieved using heat recovery units. The air quality, humidity and controlled overpressure are monitored by sensors. The complete system can be controlled remotely.
EMERGENCY EXIT ↓
These are emergency exits that can be used by the client to exit the premises in case of flooding of the main entrance. We install the exits in the non-clogged area and in case of longer corridors these areas can be used as underground shooting ranges. The hatch cover is anti-pressure with ballistic protection as required (FB4 to FB7) with radiation protection. The hatches are camouflaged on the property.
STOCK ↓
A storage room as a securely protected area for storing various items or food supplies.
Short-term cover
The short-term cover is designed for about 3 months. It offers 1 bedroom, living area with kitchenette, bathroom with wc and utility room for supplies.

Long-term cover
The long-term cover is designed to last up to 36 months. Offering up to 3 bedrooms, with a large living area, large utility store for large amounts of stock.
