Building safe houses

This is a new house construction that meets safety standards as an underground shelter due to its concrete construction, safety reinforced concrete shutters, safety doors and all the necessary technology. Such a resistant house can withstand all natural disasters such as earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, fires, as well as terrorist and military attacks.

The house is completely bulletproof according to STANAG 4569 VPAM Level 4, 14,5 x 114. Certified according to NATO STANAG 2080 for maximum resistance to 14.5 mm calibre, shrapnel effects of 120 mm grenade and pressure wave from explosion of 50 kg TNT charge.

The house is equipped with our patented safety anti-pressure doors. These are one of the most important elements of any civil defence shelter or other protective structure. They can protect against pressure waves, gunfire, explosions and the intrusion of chemical and biological warfare agents including radiation.

Anti-pressure doors FortiDoors are designed for simplicity, reliability and minimal maintenance. A range of options are available including motorised/remote operated mechanisms, special hinges for everyday use and other safety features.

The standard safety door is designed to withstand multiple long-term pressure loads with reflected pressures from 2 bar (200 kPa) to 18 bar (1800 kPa). Ballistic resistance from FB2 to FB7 Level4.

In addition, a hidden Panic room” can also be built in the house. This is a special room used to store valuable goods or to effectively hide people in case of any kind of physical threat, such as robbery, terrorist attacks and kidnapping. These are increasingly popular solutions that increase the sense of security for all household members.
