Of course, every shelter, whether it’s a new private low-capacity shelter or a basement or underground garage modification, is equipped with the technology necessary to ensure survival.

Doors Steel-Concrete

Heavy pressure-resistant door with ballistic resistance FB7, Level1-4, radiation protection.

Pressure relief doors are primarily designed to stop the progression of the pressure wave, but are also airtight to prevent the entry of toxic substances. All doors are designed with simplicity, reliability and minimal maintenance in mind. The doors can withstand pressures up to 18 bar (1800 kPa) and can have ballistic resistance FB7 to FB/BR to EN 1522,1523, TBO to EN 395360. The doors have a steel construction, offer protection against burglary, seal to ensure gas tightness, and are resistant to mechanical and thermal tools.

Steel doors

Lightweight anti-pressure door with ballistic resistance FB6, radiation protection.

The doors withstand 2 bar pressure and have ballistic resistance up to FB6 according to FB/BR according to EN 1522,1523, TBO according to EN 395360. The doors have a steel construction, offer protection against burglary, seal to ensure gas tightness, and are resistant to mechanical and thermal tools.

Escape hatch

Hinged safety hatch, anti-pressure, ballistic resistance FB6, radiation protection.

This is a standard hatch design that opens upwards. Back pressure hatches are primarily designed to stop the progression of the pressure wave, but are also airtight to prevent the entry of toxic substances. The hatch can withstand a pressure of 2 bar (200kPa) and has ballistic resistance FB4, FB6 according to FB/BR according to EN 1522,1523, TBO according to EN 395360. The hatch shapes are square or round – standard dimensions 600,700,800,900,1000 mm. Customized production possible.

CBRN Filter ventilation

Apparatus for collective protection of persons against chemical, biological and radioactive dust.

High filtration performance (0.0003 mm=0.3ųm); CBRN and HEPA filter: 99.998% chemical, radioactive and bacteriological particles, dust particles (allergens, pollens, organic solvents, acid vapors and gases, alkaline vapors and gases, formaldehyde vapors, mercury vapors, poisonous gases, etc.)

CBRN Filter ventilation for large capacity enclosures

In addition to CBRN protection, battery filtration systems also provide comfortable ventilation of the space by eliminating carbon dioxide (toxic) gas emitted during the breathing process, as well as odors, moisture, heat, while bringing in fresh oxygen-rich air.

The filtration mode provides the above benefits to the occupants of the protected space, plus filtered fresh air. In both modes, it is possible to remain in the protected space during an emergency for days or even weeks without the need for personal protective equipment.

Backpressure valve

The pressure valve with pre-filter is a highly resistant valve that protects the inside of the housing from pressure waves caused by external explosions. It contains a fully integrated pre-filter with an efficiency of approximately 90%. It resists pressure waves reflected by a pressure of 15 bar (210 psi).

The valve is tested and certified for compliance with relevant Israeli, Singaporean and Swiss standards.

Pressure relief valve

The pressure relief valve is designed to release air from the shelter while maintaining a constant pressure and also to protect against explosive and implosive pressure waves. The valve is normally sealed, maintenance free and resists heat and corrosion.

The valve is tested and certified to Israeli Standard 4570 by the Civil Defense Command and the Israeli Standards Institution.

Intermediate wall valves

The intermediate wall valve is used to regulate the air pressure inside the enclosure or to completely stop the penetration of explosive/implosive pressure waves inside the enclosure or secure room. It is maintenance free and resists heat and corrosion.

The valve is tested and certified for compliance with relevant Israeli, Singaporean and Swiss standards.

Water filtration

Water filtration systems are permanently installed technical devices. The purpose of these units is to ensure a continuous supply of quality drinking water in a wide range of building structures, including small and large-scale shelters, residential and apartment complexes, commercial complexes (such as hospitals, schools, hotels, etc.) and public administrative buildings. These systems are designed to provide a potable water supply even in the event of a contaminated water source.

Our stationary water treatment plant performs effective water treatment from radionuclides, biological and chemical warfare agents, pharmaceutical residues, micro plastics, bacteria, viruses. Water that has undergone the treatment process by the stationary unit can even achieve higher quality than baby water sold by conventional suppliers.

Decontamination area

Each shelter is equipped with a decontamination area to “cleanse” persons of radioactive substances before entering the living area of the shelter.

Decontamination of radioactive substances is a set of methods, procedures and means to reduce the risk of exposure of persons, to limit the spread of radioactive substances by transmission, especially by direct contact between contaminated and uncontaminated surfaces, but also to prevent secondary internal contamination. The aim of decontamination of biological agents is to destroy the ‘B-agens’, limit their spread and prevent secondary contamination.

Backup power source

Each enclosure is equipped with an independent electrical system. Therefore, if the power supply from the external power grid is interrupted, the alternative power supply is automatically switched on. In this way, all devices in the enclosure will continue to function. The technical room of each enclosure is soundproof.
